Juniper Therapy Center specializes in treating PTSD and cPTSD (complex posttraumatic stress disorder) in adults, as well as attachment issues, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, low self-esteem, life transitions, and dissociative disorders. We utilize compassionate and attuned methods informed by modern neuroscience to help get you where you want to go. 

Each of our therapists brings a unique blend of experience, expertise, and warmth and is committed to being with you on your journey towards true healing.

We work with you to incorporate this knowledge into our therapy, with the goal of helping you truly know, in your head and in your heart, that the past is over and you’re free to be present now.

Going to therapy can be scary, especially if you’re holding deeply painful wounds from the past. It makes sense if you’re not sure this is right for you. Therapy can be a great place to explore the divide between wanting to heal and being unsure about it, too. Either way, I want you to know that we’ll be here when you’re ready, and we’ll always go at your pace.
